Once you have made an appointment, you will receive an email with a link to access your client portal where you can read and complete the necessary forms. The forms explain the nature of counseling, confidentiality, your rights and of our work together. Your client portal can also be used for secure messaging, managing appointments and accessing your invoices and statements.
Please note that paperwork must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to provide for sufficient time for review. If you have any additional questions or concerns that have not been answered in our conversation or from the forms, please feel free to ask for clarification.
